Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- At Body Bar Aesthetics, we respect your time and ours. To ensure exceptional service for every client, please review our cancellation policy
- Advance Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
- No-Shows: No-show appointments will be charged 100%. of the service price.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment for check-in. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled time may require rescheduling and could be subject to cancellation fees.
- Memberships & Packages: Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the deduction of a session or treatment credit.
